Business Description
In the over 30 years of doing home inspections, I have never had a client call me with a complaint to me about the quality of my inspection. I do have realtors having issues with me because they say I am not being neutral. Well, I AM NOT NEUTRAL. I am hired by my client, not the realtor, and my job is to do what I can to be helpful to my client. Let's face it, even if a roof if not leaking, if it is badly worn, it has a high potential for leaking soon and needs replacing now. A roof does not need to be leaking in order to be replaced.
I always encourage my clients to read through the inspection report thoroughly, at home, before making decisions about how they want to proceed. I also tell my clients to call me if they have any questions. Either that evening, the next day, or years down the road. I try to keep up on which house tradesmen are doing good work for fair prices
