Joe's football background as a starting linebacker and team captain at CSULB, led him to become a two-time Academic All-American and one of 11 student athletes nationwide to receive the NCAA post-graduate scholarship. He founded ProSport Physical Therapy Inc. in May 1992, opening the first facility in Newport Beach, and has since opened two more facilities in Rancho Santa Margarita and Laguna Hills. Joe is also the owner/managing partner of Clinical Practice Management (CPM), Inc., which performs management, consulting, and billing services for private PT clinics.
