Business Description
Chuck Hagele has been the Executive Director of Project Patch since 2010. He has worked at Project Patch since 2003 in various position starting as part time chaplain, Youth Ranch Administrator and Chief Operations Officer.
He has been married to his wife Kelly since 1994 and they are parents to two girls and a boy.
He holds a degree in theology with a minor psychology, and followed that with a master's degree in business administration. He is also an ICF Certified Professional Coach. He has extensive experience working with youth beginning in 1988 when he spent his first summer working at a youth camp. He has been serving young people in paid and volunteer positions until he settled into Project Patch, a job he considers more of a passionate ministry rather than a job.
When not focused on being a dad or leading Patch, he enjoys running, fly-fishing, eating, reading and pursuing any other adventure he can find.
