That's me. But you can call me, "V". I was born to feed people, to cook and eat my way across the globe and to enjoy this life!
I am an Aussie/ Kiwi/ P.N.G. private chef. I prepare fresh, organic, locally-sourced, ethically-raised, sustainable foods wherever possible, in and outside of clients' homes.
My career in L.A. has seen me working as the private chef to some very high profile celebrities and busy professionals, cooking for them in-home and traveling with them. I'm now the mother of a toddler and my family decided to make the permanent move to the beautiful desert. I have cut back on traveling and the goal is soon to focus predominantly on the High Desert.
I am thoroughly enjoying bringing my ability to create delicious, hyper-creative food and exclusive, intimate, tailored experiences to visitors and permanent residents alike.
