Business Description
As the owner and founder of PowerHaus Pilates, Hmone's passion is to serve people and share her love of Pilates and Fitness with the community. When Hmone was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, she needed major changes in her daily workout routine. After taking her first reformer Pilates class, Hmone immediately fell in love with it. After years of working in finance and management in Australia, Hawaii and the Midwest, Hmone knew that the next career step for her would have to include work she is highly passionate about - and for her, it meant delving deeper into health and wellness and starting her journey as an entrepreneur. Hmone is classically trained through STOTT Pilates. "I'm very proud of the strong community we've built where everyone can feel at home and have fun while putting some time, energy and effort into becoming a better version of themselves," said Hmone. Hmone lives in Prior Lake with her husband, two daughters and two English bulldogs.
