Dori grew up on a dairy farm just south of the Platte River Fort and has a deep passion for this property and what it represents. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1987, and in 2013, she completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Denver Daniels School of Business. After working with battered women as a social worker, legal advocate, and attorney for decades, Dori retired from the practice of law to manage the Platte River Fort full-time.
