Business Description

Hi everyone, I started dog training like many of you: training the family dog...As life moved forward, I trained my dog for police work,but having kids changed my priorities,and I trained my next dog for Search and Rescue.

Working closely with NASAR( National Assoc. for Search and Rescue) I was instrumental in starting a all-state all-volunteer organization in Florida.We served all 67 county sheriff's depts and fire- rescue units, but when I had the invitation to come and join the Maricopa County Sheriff Dept's SAR Posse in Az., I jumped at the chance at working for both the local law enforcement agencies and the Phx. Fire Dept's FEMA Emergency Task Force AZ-1,and was privileged to have the 1st FEMA search dog at the Ok.City Bombing.

After retiring from public service,I spent the next decade training for both PetSmart and Petco,and now I find myself serving the Prescott & Quad-Cities with the behavioral training offered through my Perfect Pooches business.
