Pat assists real estate sellers, buyers and investors, along with providing solutions to individuals in foreclosure. His personal and professional character allows him to build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate industry and outside of it. His former position as a futures trader for 5 years in Chicago lends him insight into market trends and a calm, disciplined and analytical approach to valuing property. He takes pride in delivering value to his clients.
Pat originally grew up in the Midwest, Novi, MI specifically. He attended Syracuse University where he was a member of the 2008 National Championship lacrosse team. He finished his degree in Finance at Michigan State University. He enjoys camping, hiking, yoga, skiing, golfing and many other sports.
Pat loves San Diego because of the lifestyle, "it's a great mix of business and relaxation. There is a balance between putting everything into your work and then making the time to relax too."
