Mark & Koleen Schlatter started Schlatter Development Partnership in 1992. Their family business has centered around the restoration of historic commercial and residential structures. They have also established several retail businesses, and are currently operating the Rocking Horse Children's Emporium -- a kids consignment shoppe started in 1992 -- and Racketty-Packetty -- a shoppe offering antiques & uniques started in 2010. Their children have grown up in this atmosphere and still occasionally help run the store. Mark & Koleen manage the Historic Olde Church Shoppes on a daily basis.
