This includes Schnitzels, Sauerbraten, Schweinebraten, Spiessbraten, Pork Shanks, Leberkaese, Beef Steak Frikadelle, Duck, Lamb, Soups, Salads, Apple Strudel, and just everything you can find on the menu. His wife Yvonne is in charge of Front of the House. She bakes the cakes, Black Forest Cake, Chocolate Mousse Cake, Cheesecake, and many more. Everything you eat is made with love. They pour their hearts in it, so when eating like to give you the German experience as much as possible.
