Business Description
Aline Marie has been teaching yoga for over 15 years across the country and internationally. She has been a part of the local Newtown yoga community for over 13years. Aline has a background as a certified Kripalu E-R.Y.T.-200 yoga teacher, Thai Yoga therapy, and a Bachelors of Art & Science from Western Connecticut State University. She specializes in working with students navigating PTSD, ADD/ADHD, trauma, high stress, muscular and skeletal injuries and challenges ( i.e. scoliosis, bulging/herniated discs, shoulder/hip/back/leg strains etc.).
Aline believes that it is impossible for anyone to be "better" at yoga than anyone else. Yoga is a state of finding grace, ease and seeking peace, one breath at a time. That path unfolds uniquely for each individual- no two paths to yoga are the same, yet they all arrive at the same destination with a better understanding of self and a lifestyle shift towards greater whole body well being.
