Business Description
My career with NewSound started in 2007 as a patient services coordinator; I always focused on providing patients with the best care and customer service. In 2009 I became a lab technician, which specializes in in-house hearing aid repair, clean-and-checks, troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments and otoscopy examinations on patients for Bay City and Lake Jackson, Texas clinics.
While working as a lab technician, I was also a provider-in-training. In February 2015, I was promote to provider at the Bay City clinic where I have been for two years.
I am dedicated to providing an effective solution for tinnitus and hearing loss. I have a passion for helping patients hear better by providing better hearing through hearing aids. I am licensed by the state of Texas in the fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps me reach a larger portion of the people in the community.
