Neil Jones Home Improvements, LLC was started in 1985, but the "job" was really start when Neil Jones SR. was 16. His parents had a new roof installed on their home and Neil Sr. was fascinated. Every day after school he would help clean up from the day's work. He worked SO hard the contractor offered him a job! He quickly learned the trade and shortly after High School he was sub-contracting. By the time he was 25 he was running his own business and supplying his own work. At the same time he was starting a family. By the time Neil Sr. was 30. He had Three Children Jessica, Neil Jr., and Erica. Neil Jr. quickly became intrigued by his father's line of work. Most weekends Neil Jr. would work with his father being the helpful hand he once was. Jr. would tell his grandparents "One day I'll take over from dad!" Neil Jr. Attended College to study business and then continued on to manage various business's. He would later return to work with his father, in the family.
