Business Description
Lindsay Cunningham, founder of the NC Yoga Bar is a certified yoga teacher from Chicago, Illinois. She recently moved to Charlotte, NC to pursue a full-time yoga DREAM. She's not your typical yoga teacher and didn't dive into the yoga world right away. There was no epiphany or "ah ha" moment for her. Taking classes on and off for years after graduating college at Michigan State University, Lindsay gradually "found" yoga. After attending numerous studios in Michigan and Chicago, and suffering from anxiety, she realized not only how much FUN yoga was, but how it can truly change your life! After months of contemplation, she decided to dive into a teacher training at Power Yoga Chicago, a Live Love Teach affiliate studio under the guidance of Judd Albring. She completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training in August 2013 and is ready to share the power and joy of yoga with everyone!
