Dr. Stephen Mullins graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern College of Optometry in 2007. Dr. Mullins is also a 2003 graduate of Samford University in Birmingham,AL with a degree in Biology. Dr. Mullins is the past president of the Upper Cumberland Optometric Physicians Society. He is a contributing member of the American Optometric Association and the current representative to the Tennessee Optometric Physicians society. A native of Cookeville, he enjoys athletics and outdoor activities. Dr. Mullins and his wife, Brittan, attend The River community church and have four children.
