I want to help clients return to a normal pain free life style without using invasive surgeries or flooding the body with addictive narcotics.

I grow up and still live a physical life style. I still play soccer and football, I even go hiking and rafting. Whenever I was sore after a game or a hike I would take an over the counter pain reliever. It would start with one tablet and over the years one tablet wasn't enough so I'd take more. Eventually I found out that these common pain relievers can injure your stomach and liver. I thought there had to be something else. After finding New York Institution of Massages I knew this is what I want to do and this is how I'm going to help others like myself. I found that after a massage my body was no long sore and the relief lasted longer than any pain reliever. Then over continued treatments I saw my Range of Motion increasing and I began competing at a higher level of performance.
