I'm Steve Nadeau, your Metro Home Inspector. I inspect with Problem - Solving as my focus. I'll walk you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have.

I'm familiar with every system of your home. When I was 16 years old (a LONG time ago), I started framing homes in Aurora. In the years that followed, I've formed the footers for foundations, nailed the ridge shingles on roofs, and have had my hands on everything in between!
I have the hands-on experience to thoroughly inspect your home. I have been a Contractor in Denver beginning in 1984 and I'm an accomplished home remodeler. I've seen every defect you could imagine during my remodeling career and I can spot the tell-tale signs of trouble so that you can take appropriate action before it's a problem.
