Business Description
Arn has more than 30 years experience in home construction. He began building during the summers at age 16 and continued working for two local builders in the summers while attending college. Arn obtained his builders license in 1995. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in engineering with an emphasis in Structural Design and received his Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.
After nine years as project engineer and engineering Manager in the industrial food industry, he project managed and designed food processing facilities. These projects ranged from $750,000 to $88,000,000.00
Arn left the food industry and became the Advanced Engineering Manager at Electrolux/Frigidaire. There he led a group of multi-disciplined engineers in the procurement and implementation of new manufacturing facilities and systems. In 1990, Arn left the industry and came home to where is heart was in the beginning, building homes.
