As of 2023, I have been in the Retail Industry for 33 years, nearing 20 of those years with McGregors Furniture and Mattress. I'm the gal behind the operations/fundamental procedures of the Ottumwa store, being the Store Manager of this location. Having the interaction with customers, and the outside world, keeps it interesting.
