The owner and executive pastry chef, Marc Heu, was born and raised in France and his passion for French pastry shines through in every bite of his creations. He graduated from Lenotre Paris in 2018 with honors (Tres Bien/Very Good) in his program, the "Grand Bachelors of Pastry." He continued his education by getting certifications in Chocolate, High Vinnese and Ice Cream, learning from the world's top pastry chefs. He even interned at Pre Catalan, a three-star restaurant in Paris, and worked at Stohrer Paris, the first French pastry shop ever created.
