Hello, my name is Andres Manzo and I'm a certified personal trainer whom specializes in fitness nutrition, weight loss, and corrective exercise all of which are accredited certifications under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Growing up I've always been overweight but it wasn't until my sophomore year of high school when I realized it was affecting my health, I had visited the doctors for a regular checkup and when the doctor finally came in the room to join me, she had told me that I was at risk for diabetes, being 281 pounds, class II obese wasn't going to help my cause. It was then when my eyes opened up, my entire life changed at that point and I decided for myself that things were going to change. So, over the course of 8-9 months between March and November 2014, I managed to lose 70 pounds, after which I continued to lose an extra 15 pounds but that's after I joined the sport of wrestling.
