Mantra Artisan Ales, located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is a local brewery that prides itself on crafting beers that provoke thought and experience from start to finish. Founded in 2015 by owner, founder, and Brewmaster Derrick Morse, alongside founders Maneet Chauhan and Chad Frost, Mantra is a warm, inviting space that focuses on being present in the moment with those around you.

With 28 taps, Mantra offers a large array of styles, including specialty sours, cold brew coffee, and crafted soda for the little ones. Although they don't serve food, they highly encourage patrons to bring their own and maybe even put their pairing skills to the test! On Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30am, you can even join in on free yoga and a free beer after with their instructor and beertender, Eric, an amazing teacher who enjoys seeing new faces.

The history of Mantra Artisan Ales is rooted in passion and community. In 2015, Derrick Morse had moved to the Franklin area and was a brewer at a local brewery when he committed to opening a brewery with Chad Frost. Maneet Chauhan approached Derrick as he was delivering a keg to her restaurant and asked if he would like to open a brewery. She was surprised when Derrick informed her of his and Chad's plans and hopped on board, and the rest is history!

Today, Mantra is the brewing facility for all three Life Is Brewing brands, including Steel Barrel Brewing and Humulus Project, proudly serving them in its taproom. All three are also served at the second Life Is Brewing location and Tennessee's largest craft brewery, Hop Springs.
