Business Description
Ray is a hands on Owner and CEO of MLPS. He retired in 2007 from the Lower Merion Police Department to take MLPS to new levels! Ray worked as the Vice President at MLPS from 1993 to 2007. In 2007 Ray purchased the business from his predecessor. Ray continues to operate MLPS with high standards and strong work ethic.
Matt started with MLPS in 2005 as a Security Guard/Porter. He worked several sites finally landing at a high end Outdoor Mall in Ardmore, PA. Matt worked his way up from the second shift Security guard to the Site Supervisor of that site. He then became an Assistant Manager and took on more accounts with additional responsibilities. In 2007 he began training in the Electronic Security field and in 2009 took over Management of that division of MLPS and began to expand business rapidly. He continued as Manager in the Security Guard Division and the Electronic Security Division until 2015 when he purchased the shares of MLPS and became an Owner and COO.
