Business Description
Dr. Mac has a unique story. In her last year of college, getting ready to go to med school, she started randomly passing out 3-4 times a day. Living in downtown Chicago, this became quite dangerous. She had to move back in with her parents, dropping out of school. No driving, no cutting up food with a knife, no baths...it was very restricting. She went to doctors all across the nation. Mayo clinic told her to drink Gatorade and exercise. Very helpful. One day, she was at her parent's house when her friend asked her to go to nutrition night at her chiropractor's. While there, she talked with the doctor who thought he could help her. The xrays showed that the curve in her neck going in the wrong direction, putting so much pressure on her brain stem that she would randomly pass out. All of the medical tests showed this, but was not found to be "clinically significant." After getting chiropractic care, Dr. Mac went from passing out 3-4 times a day to once a week, to once a month, to never.
