With over 20 years experience as a mac tech he has the vast resources & technical expertise to tailor each service to a client's preferences & needs. Serving the Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Sebastopol Apple Mac community for over 20 years, Tam founded Macadvantage in 1997, the year Steve Jobs returned to Apple.Tam was recognized by Apple in 2007 for being the top Apple Agent in Northern California, & one of the top seven worldwide.

Tam is a talented photographer and artist. With his natural aptitude for technology & love of arts, he effortlessly merged the two & was quickly sought out by other photographers & artists to solve complex font, design and photo issues in Adobe CS, etc. Out of the joy he derived from solving issues for others, plus the enthusiasm that Steve Jobs was back, MacAdvantage was born.

Tam is also an avid pilot, and enjoys exploring the area via small aircraft.
