After a long ordeal with neck, shoulder, and back issues, and many visits to doctors, she found yoga erased all of the aches and pains. This experience led her to pursue a 200RYT certification in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Burn, Yin Deep Stretch & Restorative Yoga.

Lotus Yoga & Wellness Spa had its Grand Opening in January 2014, and has been serving the community by growing a family of yoga practitioners ever since. The caring staff believes in the benefits of Yoga and how it improves a person's overall health and well-being. They are here to help you bring balance in your life!
