Lynn won the 1987 Ms. Pennsylvania Bodybuilding Championship Overall title, qualifying her for the National competition. In 1991, she entered her first international powerlifting event and won her weight class and set a world record in the deadlift ( 315 lbs.) 1994 & 1996 she competed as a National and World Powerlifting Submaster with a record in the Bench Press and Deadlift. April 11, 2008 Inducted in to the Pa Sports Hall of Fame In 2015, she was selected as a PFP Trainer of the Year finalist! Lynn with her husband Tim are Conrad Weiser High School's Strength and Conditioning coaches.
