He also quietly helps those in need (Habitat for Humanity donations and recently the Veteran's Enrichment Center material and Labor donations).
Rich's Business Philosophy is to treat customers right. If there is a problem, he will take care of it. He has always felt that a job should be done correctly, and that fixing potential issues before they happen is the best policy.
