Business Description

My Name is JB Ramirez. I am the 12th of my parents 15 children born and raised in Fairfield CA. My father was an independent businessman, mom a homemaker. My parents taught me the personal and professional ethics that I strive to live by each day, such as the value of hard work and dedication, offering a superior product at a fair price and being a positive impact on one's community. I began blacksmithing as a hobby in 2006 and quickly became immersed in the craft. I began to explore knife making soon thereafter which led to knife sharpening, which has become the focus of my business, though I still make knives and hand forged projects when time allows.

I have a passion for working with metal and especially for making fine cutlery and other tools function to their full potential.
