BioOla Yoder is the founder and CEO of Kountry Wood Products. They began manufacturing wholesale stock kitchen and bathroom cabinetry in 1998. Ola oversees all of the daily operations of the business and is instrumental in new product development. Prior to founding Kountry Wood Products, Ola worked as a supervisor for over 30 years in the cabinet department of a Recreational Vehicle and Manufactured Housing facility. Being of the Amish heritage, Ola attended Atwood Community Schools in Atwood, IL until the eighth grade, he then went on to take part in numerous Dale Carnegie classes for leadership, until he began his woodworking career, eventually relocating to the Nappanee area where he started his family. He and his wife have 7 children with 6 of them being involved as suppliers or employess of Kountry Wood Products. He is also the owner of Kountry Cabinets & Home Furnishings and produces a publication called the "Amish Woodworkers of America Directory".
