Business Description
Josh Schmieder established his company in spring of 2002. However, Josh found his love for the landscaping and outdoor living construction when he was only 10 years old. Josh started mowing neighbors lawns as a way to buy a fourwheeler. As Josh got older and graduated from highschool, started college, and officially went into business in 2002. Josh had the goal at age 17 for his company to become a leader in landscaping in the Rochester and fingerlakes region. Josh Landscaping has grown from just a couple guys doing lawn care to a 25-30 person team of craftsmen specializing in full outdoor living spaces and full landscape care. Josh's story has been featured in a national industry trade magazine (Lawn & Landscape Magazine). Josh has his degree in business administration, and has gone to school for horticulture.
