Jones, a watchmaker who ran his own repair shop, the business quickly evolved into a jewelry and gift store despite the hardships of the Great Depression. JF Jones Jewelers has had eight locations over the years, mostly in the area of Ridge and Dewey and West Ridge Plaza, and moved to its newest home in Stone Ridge Plaza in 2015.

Today, the business is run by Joseph's granddaughter, Brittany, and her dedicated staff. Brittany was born and raised in the jewelry business and has a passion for helping customers find the perfect ring. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing from SUNY Brockport and holds a diploma from GIA in Graduate Diamonds. Brittany is currently finishing her Graduate Gemology degree at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA.)
