Karla Jarvis graduated from McKendree University with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She worked in a variety of locations in the hospital: ICU, TCU, Med Surg, and the Emergency Room for 8 years. Then she graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with her Master's in Science in Nursing and specializing in Family Medicine. As a Family Nurse Practice she worked in home health, rehab, long-term, Orthopedic surgery, and pain management. She also trained in Dallas, TX at the National Laser Institute for Aesthetic Care. Karla currently lives in Louisville, Ky with her husband and 3 children. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, HSPN/Health & Services Providers Network, The Chamber of Jeffersontown/Chamber of Commerce, and Louisville Small Business Association.
