I began singing in church at the age of 12. Growing up I was remarkably untalented at life! Singing was the first thing that clicked with me. I quickly became fascinated by the voice and the mechanics of the voice. Studying singers and techniques was something I did as a hobby. When I trained with vocal coaches as a kid I would always arrive to my lessons with a load of questions about the voice. After graduating college I thought I would use my degree to pursue singing professionally, but I ended up falling into vocal coaching and loving every second of it!
