I have worked at the salon sense 2002, in 2014 I was approached by the previous salon owner about buying the businesses. I started out as a Nail Technician & then recieved my cosmetology license in 2002. I chose the name Jacklyns Hair and Nail Design from my grandmother whom I am named after and never got to meet. She died 8 months before i was born. I wanted to chose a name that meant alot to me but also to my family. What better of a way to honor my grandmother who had beautiful hair and gorgeous nails, then to name the salon after her. We have made lots of new improvements in the past 2 years. In the fall of 2014 we added a private break room for the girls and gorgeous pedicure room with two shiatsu massage chairs. The summer & fall of 2016 we added a private mezzanine facial area upstairs. Were hoping to be able to add a massage therapist soon.
We are a family friendly salon. We have many stylists who have been in the industry for 20 plus years. As of right now we have 8 stylist and 3 nail technicians.
