Jazzmine has been with us since Texas. She came to work for us by knowing another manager who was retiring. Boy were we lucky! Some people are not sure about a woman in this industry, but we have had great success with them and Jazzmine is no exception. While managing work crews remotely, she also manages to help new customers, offer estimates designed specifically for each customer, train new hires, maintain trucks and trailers and the list goes on! She is a big believer in our core principles including, "everyone at our company works". This fundamental really means that when there is work to be done we all do it through completion. It is nice to have bosses that get their hands dirty right along with the rest of us to ensure both customer and worker satisfaction.
