Business Description
Gregory grew up in the Northeast, originally upstate NY. He first became enthralled with the magic of the glass making process while visiting the Corning Museum of Glass as a child. His family would often stop at Corning to watch the glass blowers during their frequent road trips. These trips planted the desire to travel and the seeds to a livelong passion. Greg finally began working with glass in 1997 while studying art at Hartwick College, in Oneonta, NY. He graduated in 2000, with a Major in Studio Art, Sculpture & Glass Blowing and a Minor in Religious Studies.
For years, Greg has lived in Santa Cruz, CA. When he's not traveling nationwide to participate in fine art & craft shows, he teaches glass blowing and fusing at The Bay Area Glass Institute (BAGI), in San Jose. His experience leading group adventures segued nicely to leading experiences in glass. He facilities team building activities with clients like Google, Facebook, Microsoft.
