Business Description
I started in real estate in Montpelier in 2004 when my wife and I bought our first house. Since then, I have bought, sold, and manage several properties. I got the bug!
Realizing that what I really liked was real estate, I left my teaching job (2nd grade and earned my license. That was in 2009, which was absolutely the best time to start in real estate! The market was terrible, prices were down, and there was so much uncertainty.
Even in that climate, I became one of the top agents in Central Vermont, and have continued growing my practice over the past several years.
In 2011, I earned my brokers license, and in 2012 was tapped to be the managing broker of a newly expanded real estate brokerage in Barre. I managed three agents and a secretary, and helped gain a strong market presence.
In 2013, I launched Green Light Real Estate so that I could continue focusing on servicing buyers and sellers. At GLRE, we come up with creative and forward thinking solutions. Plus, we have fun!
