Business Description
The Roady family started Green Air in 2007 to fill a gap in the Richmond area's heating and cooling market.
"I realized that none of the mechanical contractors in town were focused on increasing the customer's energy efficiency; thus, people were not only spending more than they needed to on heating and cooling, a tremendous amount of resources were simply being wasted", Nathan Roady explains. "We knew we could also save customers a lot of money by offering them education and choices about how they repaired and maintained their systems instead of just recommending the most expensive option & preying on their lack of knowledge." he continues.
"We believe so strongly in honesty that we refuse to set "sales goals" for our service teams...if it only costs $50 to repair your system, we won't try to upsell you on a $300 fix instead- we'd rather earn repeat business with trust than focus on volume."
