Business Description
Hi! I'm Dana Maloney and I'm not perfect, nor do I have all the answers.
I started Good Enough Therapist, a "Disruptive Therapy" practice, to reinvent the too-sterile, too-expensive model of traditional psychotherapy, and to create an environment free from judgment.
I staunchly believe that everyone should have access to mental health treatment, as it's essential for growth, success, and satisfaction in most areas of life. Plus, it's healthy and smart and totally BADASS!
I also believe that our relationship is integral. With a Masters in psych, I pull from modalities such as CBT, breaking down negative core beliefs, habits, cycles. I incorporate empowerment practices, and my own experiences to facilitate growth. There is nothing I use with clients that I haven't tested on myself.
