In 1972, Peggy Hilton and her husband, Frank, took the reins, expanding the business to include boarding, grooming, and pet supply sales.

The Goldwood legacy continued to grow, and in 1979, Peggy and Frank's son, Cliff, and his wife, Joan, joined the endeavor with unparalleled dedication. Their commitment to excellence and passion for animals propelled Goldwood Kennels to new heights. The torch was then passed to the fourth generation when Tony, Cliff and Joan's son, joined the family business in 1997, infusing it with fresh ideas and energy. And in 2007, Tony's wife, Erin, completed the dynamic husband-and-wife Goldwood team.
