Ellen Cremer studied dance in Germany and performed professionally in Europe and the US for several years. She moved to NYC in 2004 where she studied Yoga intensively and completed a 500 hour Advanced Yoga Certification Course. She has been teaching group classes in Yoga studios and corporate settings since 2005 and has worked extensively with private clients of all ages. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance and is also certified in Restorative and Prenatal Yoga. Shortly after moving to Twain Harte in 2012 she founded Gold Country Yoga to share her Yoga experience with the community. She strongly believes in the transformative and healing qualities of Yoga and enjoys making her classes available to EVERYBODY; her ability to modify and adjust postures to her students individual needs is unique.
Yoga classes at Gold Country Yoga invite everyone to join regardless of experience or fitness level. We offer gentle, restorative Yoga classes for those looking to learn more about how relaxation can restore the body's natural balance. There are also Beginner and Senior Yoga classes on the schedule or more active Open Level or Intermediate Yoga classes for anyone enjoying a more energizing class.
