Owned and created by former NYC natives Aldo and Sharon Boustani, Gilbertsville Farmhouse is a reflection of their styles, passions and personalities. The venue has amazing indoor as well as outdoor spaces and offers stunning views in every direction. The couple and their team, which includes their children, cater to their guests with tireless passion and attention to detail.
Gilbertsville Farmhouse's mission is clear--to provide couples with the best weekend of their lives. The venue's owners and staff go above and beyond to ensure that each couple's wedding is an unforgettable experience. The Boustanis took the creative opportunity to build something different - a weekend wedding space where couples would come, spend time and connect with their friends and families and with the lush upstate property. In 2014, they hosted their first weekend wedding and in 2015 they added their award-winning and well-publicized glamping village to the venue.
Gilbertsville Farmhouse is more than just a space for weddings, it's a feeling and a family. Sharon, the co-owner (with her husband Aldo) was inspired to create this amazing venue by a random photo on the internet. From that one spark of inspiration came the discovery of passions for creative spaces, meaningful experiences and connections. Those passions drive their business.
The venue's nigerian dwarf goats have also become a popular attraction, as the farm hosts goat yoga classes, overnight glamping retreats and even goat yoga weddings!
