Business Description
Tiffany is very passionate about helping people reach their goals and feeling great about life! She attended Salem High School where she was an an All-State basketball player and State Champion Shot Put and Discus Thrower. Tiffany went on to Northern Michigan University to study Exercise Science and continued her athletic career. On the court she was First Team All-Conference all four years, scoring over 1,700 points; and her senior year was All-Conference in Shot Put, Discus, and Javelin. She went on to play one season of professional basketball in Marburg, Germany. Since then, her love for fitness and sports performance has led her to work at a various facilities, gyms, and schools gaining knowledge and experience as a Personal Trainer, Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Rehab Trainer, Sports Performance Coach, Basketball Coach, and Track Coach. Tiffany has a personal mission of helping others to be healthy, active, and happy by finding balance in fitness and all aspects of life.
