Business Description
I'm Elisabeth "Beth" Kramer (she/her) and I never planned to be a wedding planner.
A couple of friends asked me to help with their wedding and accidentally introduced me to a whole new career. (At the time, I was a magazine editor.)
I love my job because it allows me to help people. I think all couples deserve to enjoy the weddings they've planned. That's why I make the resources I use available for free.
It's also why I fight the Wedding Industrial Complex. I do this through a newsletter, a podcast, an event, and my own writing (on my blog, at various publications, and for other wedding vendors).
I also wrote a book about how to plan a wedding that's in line with your values.
