Business Description
As the slogan says, I've been making "mouse calls" since 1990. I've worked in corporate and academic computing, but I enjoy small office/home office/residential service best.
Even though I work in the computing field, I don't consider myself a techie. I'm a people person and I help people with their computers.
The best part of the job is the people I meet and the interesting things they do with their technology. Oh, and meeting their dogs is the highlight of my day since I'm such a dog person.
Customers say my best quality is I don't talk down to them or make them feel inadequate. Everyone is good at something, my skill just happens to be computers. I'm terrible at home repairs and couldn't change a tire if my life depended on it.
My goal is to make sure people understand what went wrong, let them know it isn't their fault, and tell them how to prevent it from happening again.
