Carrie is the President of Disc, Inc. a data & computer services firm that specializes in hard drive recovery, data & video conversions and CD/DVD/USB printing & duplication. Prior to Disc, Inc., Carrie worked as a Director for the Turning Point, which provides substance abuse treatment for individuals in need. After working in the social services industry for many years, Carrie was ready for a change. Her husband was already a minority partner in Disc, Inc., when they decided to purchase the company and assume full ownership. Outside of Disc, Inc. Carrie continues helping others. Carrie was voted President of the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), she is actively involved there and in organizations like the Federation of Houston Professional Women. Carrie has also been deeply committed to working with the Girl Scouts where she trains adults & actively nurtures the self-esteem girls need in order to become future business owners themselves.
