Business Description
Dave DePonceau is a CPA and holds a Masters degree in Taxation. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and the private sector. He has acted as the controller and/or the chief financial officer of various entities and has a stellar record in helping each one prosper. Primarily, Dave's experience in the private sector was in real estate accounting and taxation, including property management, syndication, development, asset management and leasing. In addition, Dave has been instrumental in guiding numerous companies from the start-up phase to the thriving enterprise stage.
Dave was born and raised near Buffalo, New York. After serving in the US Army in West Germany, he earned his BS in accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Although it's been over 28 years since he left western NY, he will always root for the Bills (NFL), Sabres (NHL) and any incoming snowstorm. Dave works with his wife, Deanna, who runs the front office.
