Business Description

DABCO has been in family as long as I can remember. It started when my dad, at 25 years old, built a 16-unit apartment complex (Schalford) near the Washington State University campus in 1963. That complex is now the 48-unit Schalimar Apartments on Stadium, and he and my brother have added nearly 2,000 units since 1992. Through these many years in business, we have loved getting to know our tenants, who come from all over the state and the world, to get an education or to work in our hometown, Pullman, WA.
