Matthew Loder grew up in Richmondville, NY in Schoharie County on the family farm which to this day operates a lucrative dairy business. At an early age, he discovered the opportunity to own investment land where not only crops are grown and livestock raised, but people could enjoy the beauty of the Schoharie Valley, rich in American history and multi-cultural heritage. With easy access to the capital region and New York City, Schoharie County has become a place to settle down in beautiful village homes along with a place to own land to start a business, vacation, farm, or enjoy outdoor recreation.
Matthew joined Country Boy Realty early on and eventually bought the business to become the lead broker. Many years of experience in the area, has made him an extremely successful representative to many who have bought & sold land in Schoharie and surrounding counties. He is a graduate of SUNY Cobleskill, married to his wife, Julie and has 2 beautiful daughters.
